When we receive a copyright complaint about a content or network activity of a virtual server we forward the request to the server's owner and request to take the copyrighted material down.
If complaints about a server come periodically, we ask to stop the abusive activity / applications. Ignoring it may lead to suspension of your server. In that case no refunds are made.
